If any of [UR] is online, you need to ask for premission to enter/buy anything in Nephele

Any illegal actions will be fined:
Pirating - 3m
Smuggling - 3m
Stealing our equipment/ships 5m

Bounty hunting*, pirating and smuggling isnt allowed in Nephele.

* (IOC) is allowed to do bounty hunting.
