This preceeds you, as we at UR are always looking for a good explorer.
And we also believe that a patient explorer, a good explorer has a lot of potentials.

We are also aware that you are good friends with [UR]Raziel, as a member of UR, he will be giving you your 1st basic training.
Once done, Please approach any other [UR] members,to begin formal basic training.
Once done, you can be eligible to recieve training from the Silver Arrows, and/or the Dragon Corp.

And hopefully you will graduate in time as a UR office/ Agent of Change.

hmm, I say he could skip basic training and graduate as a UR officer, provided that another UR member who has experience with him, second and witness the petition.

Yet again he has proven his worth. He helped me a lot in getting to weth in my starflier! I say he would be a good edition to the clan.
